The “International Meeting of UNESCO Chairs: Inclusion, Diversity and Quality in Higher Education” is an opportunity to promote lessons on educational inclusion in the university setting and to address the challenges that institutes of higher learning face in the context of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The event will include UNESCO Chairs from Latin America and the Caribbean that address topics such as gender, education for development, inclusive access, human rights, disabilities, culture for peace and interculturality for the promotion of inclusive, equitable and quality education in the region.
The event is being organized by the UNESCO Chair on Inclusion in Higher Education and the UNESCO Regional Bureau for Education in Latin America the Caribbean in collaboration with the Chilean Education Ministry.
