Digital transformation and Open Education Resources: toward quality and recognition at the Syrian Universities
The overview of the current state of Open Educational Resources (OER) show that a growing number of initiatives and digital resources are available. Beside the quality challenges for the Arab Higher Education Institutions in general, the challenge is also the recognition aspect. Most countries from the region do not recognize such qualification, some do but recognizing separate courses only.
This workshop will discuss those challenges, from the Syrian Open University.
